Real Madrid midfielder, Martin Odegaard has officially left the Santiago Bernabeu to join Real Sociedad on a season-long loan.
The La Liga giants made this known in a post through the club’s official website on Friday.
“Real Madrid C. F. and Real Sociedad has agreed on the loan of the player Martin Odegaard for the next season, until 30 June 2020,” Real Madrid said on its website.
Odegaard spent last season on loan at Vitesse in the Eredivisie League and managed to contribute nine goals and 12 assists in 35 appearances.
The 20-year-old was among the 14 players, Zidane wants to leave the club this summer.
This is coming after Real Madrid defender, Sergio Reguilon, left the club for Sevilla.
